What if this place groomed future leaders who brought all of their new and enhanced skills and knowledge to bear on your local association objectives?
There is such a place! Producing high caliber leaders is the goal of the NAIFA Leadership In Life Institute, to be held in Topeka starting in January. Focusing on personal growth and self discovery, the Institute provides an environment for mastering and developing leadership skills.
The Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) is one of the finest programs of its kind in the nation. Focusing on personal growth and self-discovery, LILI provides an environment for mastering and developing leadership skills. Testimonials from LILI graduates are compelling examples of the program’s success. While participating in LILI is a major commitment, graduates often say that they have gained much more out of their experience than they had expected.
NAIFA Kansas is accepting candidate applications for the 2011 Kansas Leadership In Life Institute. Each local association may submit up to two candidates. Space is limited and candidates will be screened by the Kansas LILI Committee.The fee for this course is $650 and is payable by check, Visa or MasterCard.
